At Skycasters, our preferred installation vendor is a specialized commercial VSAT satellite Internet equipment installation company called Skycasters. You can choose your own installer, provided they are certified on the VSAT system.

On your order form, if you select the option to use your own vendor for satellite dish installations, you must provide their complete legal name and their certification number or credentials so that we can verify their certification. If you do not know an installer, a Skycasters installation coordinator will find one for you. If your network requirements include multiple satellite dish installations , you may wish to have one of your employees become certified as a two-way satellite installer.

Skycasters conducts periodic training classes, either at our Akron, Ohio facility or at your location. Your sales engineer can coordinate scheduling training for you or your staff, so you can install satellite Internet.

The technician will handle the installation of the outdoor transmit-and-receive satellite Internet equipment , satellite dish mount , and will run up to feet of cable from the outdoor equipment to the indoor equipment, making a professional penetration of the building exterior if necessary.
